There is a greater need from commuters for reserved seats, by operating the trains with reserved seats for commuters, railway companies enjoy greater revenue. For sustainable operations of railway network, it is important to ensure and improve revenue. But in case that railway companies kick around feasibility of operating the trains with reserved seats for commuters, railway companies must mull managing improving firm value and increasing customer satisfaction.
