 note = {現在、幼稚園や保育所などでは保育者の確保が激化しているが、その一方で保育者の全般的な質の低下が危惧されている。音楽教育の面では、採用試験で音楽実技を試験内容から外す園も増えているという。また、本学でも入学者の半数以上が音楽実技の初心者、又は未経験者である。では、保育現場で音楽実技に関して必要とされる力とはどのようなものなのか。保育現場での音楽表現活動は減少しているのか。またそれらのもと、養成校に期待されることはどのようなことなのか。現場の状況を知ることによって、短大における実践的な指導内容を考察する。, The purposes of this study are, (1) to understand the actual conditions of music activities for children's songsand action rhymes, in addition, nursery teachers' piano skills, and (2) to consider what is required in education atjunior colleges to train nursery teachers, referring the actual music activities at nursery schools. The questionnairedata from the graduates shows that music activities are emphasized at nursery schools.
