The working style of many women tends to strongly depend on their own family lives. The ratio of their labor-force classified by ageshows the M-shaped labor force. After-school care for children is needed to not only assure the growth of children, but also to support the labor of their parents. On the other hand, although after-school carers previously worked as nurses at nursery schools or teachers at kindergartens, they quit working because of the birth of children or to care for children. There are many women who return to work as carers but few men. It is urgent to introduce a career system for carers and to provide stable labor conditions.
