 note = {直近3年以内の湘北短期大学保育学科卒業生の離職率など就労状況について初めて調査を行った。得られた離職率11.3%は他学科や民間保育士の離職率と比べて大きな差はなかった。短期大学卒業新卒者の全国平均と比較すれば良好と言える。保育現場における卒業生と本学の評価は概ね良好であった。保育現場が新卒者に求める能力として保育の専門知識や技術よりも人柄や学習意欲に重きが置かれていることが分かった。, This was the first research about SHOHOKU junior college graduate nursery and preschool teachers’ employment status. Almost of them and SHOHOKU junior college got high estimation from their bosses. Their turnover rate is 11.3%, which is almost same as one of other graduates with other jobs, and the national average of the private nurseries. Their bosses regarded their personality and motivation more important than specialized knowledge and skills for hiring.},
