本研究は、体重、体脂肪率の認識度が高いほど、良好な生活習慣が確立されているのではないという仮説のもとに、本校女子学生に対し行った生活習慣調査と、体重測定実施頻度および体脂肪率測定実施頻度の関係を明らかにしていくことを目的とした。結果、体重測定実施頻度と運動の好き嫌いに有意差が認められ、運動好き群は週1 回程度体重測定を行うと回答した率が優位に高率であり、運動嫌い群はほとんど測定しないと回答した率が優位に高率であった。また、体脂肪率測定実施頻度と食事の規則性、運動習慣に有意差が認められ、運動習慣に関しては、運動習慣あり群は体脂肪率測定を月1 回程度と回答した率が有意に高率であり、運動習慣なし群は体脂肪率測定を今回初めてと回答した率が有意に高率であった。 |

The purpose of this study is to get a general view of what after-school care for children should be, to clarify instructors' actual conditions and to consider their speciality. Only 60% of children who go to nursery schools use after-school care for children. With the deterioration in economic conditions, after-school care for children has become indispensable. Greetings such as "Welcome home" by the child-care instructors at the after-school care facility mean that this is an another living space for elementary school children. Therefore, how the quality of child care is assured has become a subject of study through the improvement of the speciality of instructors as well as their working environment. |
