| 内容記述 | 側方倒立回転の上達が期待できる「なかよしぶらぶら側転」と「なかよしパッチンぐるぐる」の効果を検討するために「一人で側方倒立回転の練習をした」場合を設定して比較した。その結果、上達した者もいるが、その割合は高くなく、上達が見られなかった者と更には習熟度が下降した者も多かった。これにより2つの練習法の効果が明らかなものであるとわかった。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | To examine the effects of “Nakayoshi-Burabura-Solution” which is a cartwheel with keeping upper limbs down and their face-to-face with each other and “Nakayoshi-Pacchin-Guruguru” which is a simplified version of Nakayoshi-Burabura-Sokuten that can be expected to improve skill of cartwheel, it was compared that the effects by practicing cartwheel by oneself and by two actions written above. As a result, on the case of practice by themselves, some people improved skill of it, but the percentage was not high. Furthermore, some did not improve, and others reduced proficiency. Therefore, the effect of the two practice methods was proved. |
